Your gcode is faulty. You've used variables that weren't postprocessed properly by S3D.
The main benefits of process modifiers include: Reducing costs or weight while keeping the design. Traditional topology optimization relies on modifying the geometry to achieve cost or weight savings.
I have a model that needs 3 processes; 1 for the bottom section, 1 for the middle, and one for the top. The differences aren't huge, but I can improve the print quality quite a bit this way. My question relates to how S3D handles the details. For example:
S3D has a ton of Process settings. I generally only use two of them: * Raft (yes/no) and dimensions * Support types and dimensions That's it. Plus, 99% of what I print is not just the same type of filament (PLA) but even the same *brand* (Hatchbox), because, again, don't care. So I don't even change temperature settings except in the very rare ...
Immediately afterwards I discovered that I couldn't seem to access any of the process settings I'd created and tweaked over months of working with PETG! Does anyone know how I might be able to regain access to the processes I apparently lost by invoking the Configuration Assistant?

The float process. During float glass production, the raw materials are mixed together and melted in the furnace to form molten glass which is then poured into a bath of molten tin. The furnace uses air and natural gas combustion to melt the raw materials. As the glass cools and solidifies, it floats in the tin bath forming a glass ribbon.
Args: num_class (int): number of classes for the classification task. dropout (float): dropout probability. norm_layer (Optional[Callable]): Module specifying the normalization layer to use.
This has happened on a version update to S3D and another case of a corrupted profile infecting other profiles. In both cases, CS advised me to re-initialize S3D and re-import my profiles. So, I suggest ... To save your future self from episodes of hair-pulling and teeth-gnashing: Save your profiles outside of S3D using your own backup strategy.
So, what we really need, before any time is spent on implementing more post-processing features, is simply the ability to have S3D run an external process (like python, a shell script, perl, etc. etc. etc.) on the generated g-code.
The so-called float process development grant efficient and high-quality mass production of flat glass [9,10]. Safety issues to pedestrians and building occupants in glass applications are of prime importance due to life safety hazards. Show abstract. Glass is an integral part of the facades industry. It is not easy to conceive contemporary ...
The float glass technology rapidly replaced the older glass manufacturing methods and transformed glass production around the world. Today, the vast majority of flat glass utilized is manufactured by the float glass process. Making float glass begins with a mixture of the raw materials based on approximately 50% silica

The Process settings should be saved into standalone files that can be pulled into any build. You should be able to have many Processes defined and saved for future use that are easy to find in a file directory.
Float glass can also be treated to be energy efficient, resistant to impact, and fire-resistant. The float glass process is one of the most common methods used in the production of flat glass and is used in a variety of applications, including windows, mirrors, and table tops. 5 Steps in Float Glass Production Process Explained. 1.

Float Zone Silicon (FZ) Float-zone silicon is a high-purity alternative to crystals grown by the Czochralski process. The concentrations of light impurities, such as carbon and oxygen, are extremely low. Another light impurity, nitrogen, helps to control micro defects and also brings about an improvement in the mechanical strength of the wafers.
